ARE YOUR ITEMS TRUE TO SIZE?

Our items are true to size. However, if you are in-between sizes or unsure which size to get, size up.

Kenzie takes a S in everything.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Our clothes are made with love upon your order and are shipped within 2-3 weeks from the date of your order confirmation. Transit time is generally 1 to 7 days. Once your item has left our facility, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We have a 14-day credit policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request an exchange. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All SALE items are FINAL sale.

*we do not accept returns on intimates (our boxers).

To start an exchange, contact us at info@shopbrule.com with your order number, the item you wish to send back, and the reason for your request. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. We do not issue return labels; customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping to most locations. Duties are collected upon delivery.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please contact us at info@shopbrule.com as soon as possible and we will try to assist you with your order update. However, once an order has been processed with our shipping team, we cannot modify or change a shipping address.
