ARE YOUR ITEMS TRUE TO SIZE?

Yes. Our pieces are designed to fit true to size. Model is wearing a size Small. Size UP for the "oversized" look that you see KB wearing.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

At BRÛLÉ, everything is made to order—we don’t hold inventory or overproduce. The store opens for a limited time, and once it closes, production begins in Los Angeles with Francisco and KB. Each piece is cut, sewn, and finished just for you, which allows us to stay intentional, reduce waste, and ensure every item is limited and special. Because of this process, orders do not ship immediately. Instead, once production starts, please allow up to three weeks for your piece to be completed and shipped. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. This slower rhythm is part of what makes BRÛLÉ different: we don’t move like the rest—we move with intention, creating clothing designed to last.

Transit time typically ranges from 1–7 business days. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your item leaves our hands. (Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.)

We do not accept returns.

Every BRÛLÉ piece is made to order by hand in Los Angeles as part of our commitment to slow fashion and conscious production. Because of this, all sales are final.

We do not hold excess inventory or participate in mass production—each piece is made specifically for you.
