ARE YOUR ITEMS TRUE TO SIZE?

Our items are true to size. Take your standard size. If you are in-between sizes, you may size up or down depending on the wiggle room you wish to have. Our items are designed to fit everyBODY, so it depends on how you like to wear your clothing and if you want an oversized or 'true to size' look.

For example –– Kenzie is 5’6, 102 lbs, 24 in denim & is ‘normally’ a size XS. However, Kenzie takes an S in all pieces BRÛLÉ. & keeps a M button-down on hand for an EXTRA oversized Boyfriend look. If we offered an XS Kenzie would technically be that but we wanted the line to be dynamic, comfortable, simple, with room to play (hope this reference helps)!

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

All orders ship within 3 business days from the date of your order confirmation. Transit time is generally 1 to 7 days. Once your item has left our facility, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

*we do not accept returns on intimates (our boxers).

To start a return, contact us at info@shopbrule.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not issue return labels; customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping to most locations. Duties are collected upon delivery.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please contact us at info@shopbrule.com as soon as possible and we will try to assist you with your order update.

However, once an order has been processed with our shipping team, we cannot modify or change a shipping address.
